Atrium Health employees receive 3% pay increase to start new year

This is the fifth pay increase for Atrium within the past four years, bringing the healthcare provider’s minimum wage to $15 an hour.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Starting next week, employees of Atrium Health Navicent can expect a pay increase. That includes more than 6,000 employees in Middle Georgia receiving a 3% raise.

This is the fifth pay increase for Atrium in the past four years, bringing the healthcare provider’s minimum wage to $15 an hour. Some positions will also receive scaled pay or adjustments based on competitive market pay.

Chief Human Resources Officer for Atrium Gina Keadle says the investment in hospital employees will boost Middle Georgia’s economy. “What our teammates do every day for our patients is amazing, and we know that they deserve the very best pay and most competitive market based pay,” Keadle said. “So that’s what we do our best to provide.”

The raise will go to Atrium employees in Bibb, Peach and Baldwin Counties.
